    Hello!
I’m a traveling English teacher, currently in Puerto Rico. I have practiced mindfulness in my personal life for over a year, and have found ways of incorporating the practice in my classroom. I’ve also shared with my fellow teachers the basics of mindfulness practice and how it relates to neuroscience, with the goal of helping our students. I want to learn more about how I may be of service as a resource for our school community, including faculty members and parents.
    Thank you!
