    Hello! I am Natalia from Colombia. I hope to bring mindfulness into my life and my classroom. The four constituents of well-being (awareness, connection, insight and purpose) have helped me understand the foundations of mindfulness. I am very excited and thankful for this opportunity to grow and improve my life, and hopefully, the life of those around me.

    Hello- I teach in a Montessori Primary (3-6 year olds) classroom in a Public School in Colorado. I am very interested in teaching mindfulness to my students and hope to start a Mindfulness club for other students in our school which is Pre-K-12 . Would also love to get interested parents involved, Thanks for offering this program!

    Hello, all.
    I teach at a university in Vermont. I struggle to make time to care for myself when my entire life is absorbed in caring for my students (and colleagues). I find myself exhausted, overwhelmed, and unwell, and therefore less effective in my work. I intend not only to become more informed, but also to practice mindfulness. I’m hoping for nothing less than transformation.

    Hello,

    I am joining from Washington State. I am a principal of an alternative learning school who is striving to have a site wide implementation of mindfulness learning based on Mindful Schools – Mindful Educators teaching certification yearlong program and am also an outside provider in my district providing limited mindfulness to teachers and students at other sites on a limited basis at this point!

    I am looking forward to continuing my practice and being able to add more depth to my ability to adapt and embody the practices regardless of the age, size, and level of personal practice of any group I am working along side!

    Hi everyone, I’m very excited about this program. I’ve been practicing mindfulness and Zen philosophies for about 5 years now. It’s made a world of difference in reducing my stress level. I live and teach in northwest Ohio. I hope to be able to bring mindfulness to my classroom as I have a lot of students who are struggling to cope with the stresses of daily life

    Hi All,
    Excited to join you all in this journey! I am joining you from Dighton, MA. I am hoping this information will help me deepen my mindfulness practice so that I can share more with our staff, students and parents.
    I am mom to one elementary aged child, one new to middle school aged child and the assistant principal to approximately 470 more elementary aged children. Our absorbent minds need this, just as we do!

    I am a beautiful woman, single mom of two adult children, daughter, sister, friend, teacher, mentor, tutor, student, and the list goes on. I imagine many of you connect with that!

    I’m in Colorful Colorado & look forward to adding many more tools to my tool box. Mindfulness is something that I can do for myself so that I am able to give the best to others.

    I’m a preschool teacher/dance teacher who is doing Daniel’s Mindfulness Education certification program. My goal is to start a mindfulness class at my school. More of mindfulness movement class with the PE schedule. Plus I am hungry for knowledge on this new path.

    I’ve been using the Kindness Curriculum from the Center for Healthy Minds for a year now with children in my Kindergarten Prep class. I’ve been blown away by the results and am looking to take it a step further. I am hoping to learn more about the practice of mindfulness and more about the science behind the positive results I’m seeing.
