I reallly loved this video. I could feel the peace, and how important is to take care of ourself, so we can take care of others.

Thanks you for your daily practices; your gentle voice, and your reminders to “see if you can continue the practice. . .”

Hello Daniel, I am appreciating the simplicity of this practice and how you are performing and presenting it. Thanks. Being Zen practitioner since 20 years it is the compassion you find after long hours of exercises inside yourself but fundamentally. It is missing in our practice as a direct approach. I will include it exactly as you are presenting, so effective! (for me on the base of all those years of meditation.) This quality is difficult to achieve, congratulations;)…and thank you for sharing so honestly and purely, intimately.
    Stay blessed.

You are awesome Daniel! I’ve been pushing mindfulness in my school for a few years. My administrators are closed to the idea right now, so I’ve offered mindfulness classes to my colleagues. I do yoga, meditation, EFT tapping and am a Reiki master teacher. Your practices are perfect for the more beginner level. I will send this summit to my colleagues and hope to spread more love to them, and in turn, the world. Namaste

As I hugged myself, I felt a calm I haven known in quite some time. Thank you for reminding me that I can and should care for myself too.

Daniel, my whole body radiates gratitude of a long-time sun shining upon us All, to you.. I feel blessed to receive your simple and profound gift of presence. My heart is full of hope knowing your resolve to inspire, encourage and support those who are awakening to activate their own true potentials, supports you thoughout your journey, and continues to grow and expand. The future we wish to be part of is alive and well within. We are the future us returning with the knowing to do so. Our stand, to bring that remembrance, in these bodies, in this time, anchors Eternal qualities in the Eternal Now. Thank you for sharing so generously, the love you have to give, where it has asked to be given.
