Amazing, Rose and so encouraging from both a local and global point of view. I work in Southern Hemisphere countries with the marginalized and disenfranchised, I use mindfulness techniques in workshops and retreats I give here but now have additional simple, effective tools to share with those in most need of them and that they can teach to others. Gracias! Blessings on your work, Kathryn Montreal Canada
