    Listening to the videos tunes me into the right vibration for the journey of creating heaven on earth
    It also shows me the gulf that separates humanity from this goal

    Hello, I am Annelise from Ontario, Canada. I am here to gain insight that I can share with my colleagues and the children in my care. I am an Early Childhood Educator, and I work with children ranging in age from 2 months to 12 years, so I believe that this will be a wonderful addition, and much needed resource for everyone.

    Kevin R.I. All my teachings have left me knowing that Mindfulness is within each of us … 5 Days of listening to people who I believe live in / live Mindful based life, shows those of us unsure, that mindfulness is an intrinsic part of our nature ! I try to live a mindful life, By practicing daily to be fully aware paying attention,on purpose to the present moment, non judgmentally …. knowing what is on my mind ! Reinforcing this by a practice of Mindful Meditation . This is description of Mindfulness is borrowed from Jon Kabat Zinn . Through whom I was given my 1st. insight !

    My name is Marla Mills. I am a teacher at Calaveras Unified School District. I have taken the Mindful Schools Fundamental and Essentials training and am so happy with using mindfulness in my classroom and my life. I look forward to more knowldedge ion this area as well as more practices I can use in my classroom and my own life.

    Hello, I am from Argentina and now living in USA. I got my degree as a teacher in my country, and I am persuiding my second degree as a teacher here in USA.     I’m a school social worker in Minnesota, USA, I have found so much benefit in my own life through yoga and got certified as a yoga teacher and a mindfulness educator to teach the skills to my students and colleagues. It is so important to learn coping skills and self regulation skills when dealing with stress, trauma, and very challenging times.

    Hi! I’m Andreia, from Portugal. I’m a mother of 3, and I was also a teacher. I feel the impulse to change the educational system, and I began to teach lectures of Emotional Intelligence to children and teenagers at schools, a few years ago. My main goal is that kids can learn some practical tools like mindfulness, so they can experience and enjoy Life in a most pleasurable and resilient way. Big hug for everybody!

    Hi i am Jackie & i live in Australia, to get out of these sessions to myself is to re-connect to commit my time to do a session each day. I need to lower my very high stress levels on all counts, to learn again how very powerful mindfulness is, to be compassionate for myself, to not keep going down the empty path & not keep going over ruminating issues. I do practice the breathing technique in bed before sleep, but i need to commit to so much more. I also like the idea of learning from home it makes things so much easier. Plus a big thank you for giving me this opportunity to partake in these sessions.

    I am Joyce Chong from a beautiful island call Penang in Malaysia. I am currently pursuing my second Degree in psychology, intended to further into clinical psychology in my master. I am currently a Mindfulness practitioner, assisting my adhd child on his emotional handling. I am looking forward to promote Mindfulness in my society, especially in the children and adolescent spectrum. I hope to bring our education system into a new era where focus should not be solely on academic, but more importantly as an overall balanced well-being that is healthy in both state of mind and physically.
