Hello! I am from Massachusetts. My name is Diane and I need to learn and practice mindfulness in order to stay sane in a crazy world. I have admired the joy and calmness of practitioners and would like to be like that also. I like the fact that it is non-denominational and it teaches us to become ourselves. Thanks for being there and inviting us to join you in this very important quest.

Hello, I am a teacher in South Africa teaching grades 4,5,6,7 to children who come mainly from disadvantaged backgrounds. I am looking forward to introducing mindfulness in my teaching and, most importantly, in all my students’ lives. I hope that we (students and I) can gain from these sessions the realisation that being in the present and spreading compassion are fundamental.

Hello, I am a 70 year old woman who has found learning to be mindful (at least some of the time 🙂 the most important thing I have ever learned. I have been wondering how to help others begin on this journey much earlier in life. I am so happy that now there is a strong movement to do just that. Glad to be along for the ride!
