    Kia ora I am an Educational Psychologist in New Zealand. I work with 50 schools around Positive Behaviour for Learning and would like to extend my knowledge around Mindfulness. I also work in Private Practice with students who have high anxiety.

    Helle. I at a senior professor in counselling. I teach gestalt therapy, psychosynthesis Mindfulness. I do have my dayli meditation practice . What I hope is to be better able to achieve in daily life what I experience on my coucion, peace in mind. Specially together with grandchildren in their teens which are more busy with their phones than anyone else. And when I feel a little bit annoyed etc.

    Anil here, the Gifted and Talented Coordinator at Ignacio Middle School in Southwestern Colorado. We have begun an SEL time with our 6th, 7th and 8th grade students, and we are all working in and toward a method that meets both the teachers and students where they are, as well as generates the energy to move/change. I am hoping to gather tools to help us create/sustain a program in our school.

    HI, I am a Spanish teacher. My name is Alma, I am from Spain and I introduced mindfulness in my classes time ago and students love it. I teach in a school for girls and this 5-10 min practice before a class ( no every class) really help them to calm down and relief them from the stress and anxiety that school life generates. I also teach yoga after school for high school students and they really like the guide meditation part.
