What I hope is to be better able to achieve in daily life what I experience on my coucion, peace in mind. HI, I am a Spanish teacher. My name is Alma, I am from Spain and I introduced mindfulness in my classes time ago and students love it. I teach in a school for girls and this 5-10 min practice before a class ( no every class) really help them to calm down and relief them from the stress and anxiety that school life generates.
